At Phillips Hobbies, we’re a small business with big ambitions. We want to help people, everywhere, rediscover the joys of traditional hobbies.

What started as a teenage dream for George has grown into a business that is now growing fast. As we look towards the next stage of our journey, we’re beginning to expand our team.
At the moment, our biggest need is for people to join us in picking and packing customer orders, alongside helping in our on-site physical store in March, Cambridgeshire.
Our business is growing across our website, eBay, our shop and our live-selling channels, so there is plenty to get involved with. We’re looking for reliable, practical people who take pride in doing things properly and genuinely care about giving customers a great experience.
You don’t necessarily need previous experience in the hobby trade. A good attitude, attention to detail and a willingness to learn matter more.
Speculative applications.
We also welcome speculative applications from people who think they could bring something valuable to Phillips Hobbies.
We’re building the team for the business we’re becoming, rather than simply filling vacancies that exist today. For the right person, we’re always open to a conversation.
