We hope you are happy with your new products. But we understand you may need to send an item back from time to time. Here's everything you need to know.

Please inform us within fourteen days of receiving the order that you'd like to make a return. We'll then issue an RMA number and start the returns process. All items you are sending back must be unopened and in a condition where they can be resold.

Once we receive and inspect your return: We will issue a refund to the card that made the purchase - unless you would prefer an exchange or store credit.

Will I be refunded for postage? The original postage charge will be refunded, but the cost to send items back to us will not be reimbursed.

Things to note: We recommend obtaining a proof of postage and considering whether additional insurance is required, as we cannot accept responsibility if the items you're returning are lost or damaged in the post.
