This multi-use product is non-toxic, water-based and dries to a matte finish.

It contains a wetting agent that breaks surface tension, allowing for easier and faster penetration of scenery materials to achieve a strong bond. It also permeates instantly for maximum coverage.

Apply with the S192 Scenic Sprayer for a smooth, flowing application that reduces spray head clogging, foaming and bubbles.
