Description
Description
The first in a series of wonderfully painted scenes celebrating the railway heritage of the United Kingdom and Ireland, created by Yorkshire-based artist Trevor Mitchell Corfe Castle Station. The vintage trains and charming Victorian buildings at Corfe Station depicted on this puzzle form a stunning foreground to the 1000-year old castle stronghold beyond. Corfe is just one of the beautiful stops waiting to be discovered along the course of the Swanage Railway. Made famous by the 1970 film “The Railway Children”, Oakworth Station is part of the Keighley and Worth Valley Railway. The railway has 5 stations (Keighley, Ingrown, Oak worth, Haworth and Oxen hope) which run through the wonderful West Yorkshire countryside.
