From the date of delivery, you have fourteen days to inform us that you intend to make a return. The item must be unopened and in a condition where it can be resold.
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will issue a refund to the card that made the purchase. If you would prefer, we can offer store credit or exchanges. For correctly executed orders, we will not reimburse the return delivery charge.
If you are returning items to us and they get lost or damaged in the post, regrettably, we do not accept any responsibility. Therefore, we would recommend obtaining a proof of postage and considering whether additional insurance is required.
Phillips Hobbies delivers throughout the UK and overseas. If you place an order before 11:45am (excluding weekends and bank holidays), we will endeavour to dispatch it on the same day. Please note that this isn't a guarantee and during busy periods, may not be achievable. If your order is large or being sent internationally, please allow slightly longer for it to be processed. The table below outlines our current UK postage charges.

Once your order has been dispatched, we'll let you know by email or text. This will include a tracking number (if applicable) and the name of our delivery partner (usually Royal Mail or Parcelforce).
As a business that's focused on customer service, we will do all we can to ensure your items reach you safe and sound. We also understand that sometimes, things can happen during transit which are beyond our control. In the very unlikely event your order is delivered damaged, we're here to help. Please contact us within two working days of receiving the goods, as after this point, we're unable to process any claims.
